Empowering Women’s Two-Day Canoe & Kayak Weekend in Ontario

Guided by experienced female instructors, you’ll learn essential techniques, safety skills, and enjoy connecting with like-minded adventurers in Ontario’s stunning natural waterways. • 2-Day Whitewater Course – Choose kayaking or canoeing
• Day 1: Skill development at Palmer Rapids
• Day 2: Guided river trip down the Lower Madawaska
• Shuttle service

• Catered lunches & dinner – Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, & Sunday lunch
• Evening yoga session

This course is perfect for all experience levels. Whether you’re brand new or looking to sharpen your skills, we’ll divide into smaller groups so each paddler gets the most out of their time on the water. The weekend wraps up Saturday with snacks, drinks, and a relaxing yoga session at the Co-op.

Camping is available on-site, or you’re welcome to book a room at a nearby accommodation.
