Join us at Palmer Rapids for the Palmer River Festival, Paddler Co-op’s celebration of whitewater paddling, live music, and the community that brings us together.
Whether you’re picking up a paddle for the first time, looking to build on your skills, or coming for the music and weekend atmosphere, PRF is about getting outside, connecting with others, and celebrating life on the river.
With festivals in both the spring and fall, it’s the perfect way to kick off the paddling season and bring it to a close.

What’s Included With Clinic Registration?
Clinic registration is designed to make it easy to enjoy the full festival weekend, both on and off the water.

- Two days of professional instruction on Saturday and Sunday.
- Lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
- On-site camping for the festival weekend.
- Full festival admission, including the music and off-water festivities.

- Breakfast & Dinner (bring cash for food trucks/other on-site options)
- Gear & Boat Rental (available as an add-on to your booking at time of registration)
- Personal camping equipment and supplies

Please Note: Clinic availability and festival activities are subject to change. Minimum enrolment requirements, cancellation policies, equipment rental details, and camping availability will be provided during registration.

Due to the nature of Palmer River Fest as a fundraising event, all bookings are final sale and no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.
- Palmer River Fest tickets may be transferred to another individual for the same paddling discipline and skill level, provided the transfer is requested at least 3 days before the course.
- All ticket transfers must be confirmed through the Paddler Co-op office by calling 613-758-2772 at least 3 days in advance.
- If a waiting list has been established, the office may be able to help facilitate a ticket transfer at its convenience. Please call to inquire, but transfers are not guaranteed.
- Cancellations will be charged at the full ticket price, unless the ticket is successfully transferred to another participant in accordance with the policy above.
